By registering, logging in, or using any part of our platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.

1 Terms Acceptance

HCS777 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process before processing your first withdrawal or whenever deemed necessary. 4 Deposit & Withdrawal

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

5 Promotions & Bonuses

• Bonuses cannot be transferred to other members or directly exchanged for cash.

6 Game Rules

6.2 Final Results

All game results recorded by the hcs777 server system are final and cannot be disputed. In the event of any technical disruption during a game session, hcs777 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the wagered amount to the member's account.

6.3 Sports Betting

For the sports betting section, all odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Official results from the relevant sports authority will be used to determine betting outcomes. Any bet accepted in error at clearly incorrect odds may be voided by hcs777.

7 Member Conduct

HCS777 expects all members to act in a responsible, respectful, and honest manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or external tools to play or manipulate games.

• Attempting to modify, decompile, or hack the HCS777 platform or app.
• Money laundering or use of funds obtained through illegal activities.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive language directed at support staff or other members.
• Sharing or selling your account to another party.

HCS777 cooperates with relevant authorities and will report any suspected unlawful activity to the appropriate parties.

8 Account Termination

8.1 Termination by Member

You may close your HCS777 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, please ensure all account funds have been withdrawn. HCS777 will process account closure requests within 3 business days.

8.2 Termination by HCS777

HCS777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the member has violated any term in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the account for unlawful purposes.

9 Liability Cap

HCS777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Data loss due to technical failures beyond HCS777's control.
• Losses arising from valid and confirmed wagering outcomes.
• Losses arising from third-party actions such as hacking or cybercrime beyond our control.
• Transaction processing delays due to failures of third-party banking or e-wallet systems.

In all circumstances, HCS777's maximum liability to any member is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Terms Amendment

HCS777 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. All changes take effect immediately upon publication on our official website.

Your continued use of the hcs777 platform following any changes to the terms is considered your acceptance of the amended terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest terms in effect.

For changes deemed material or significant, hcs777 will endeavour to notify members via their registered email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the jurisdiction where hcs777 operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of this platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language used in arbitration proceedings shall be Malay or English.
